If you are under the age of 20 or otherwise require third-party consent under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to exercise your rights or assume obligations, you must obtain consent from your parent, guardian, or such third party before registering as a member or using our services. By completing registration or using our services, it is deemed that your parent, guardian, or third party has fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and consents to your use of all member services provided by KIRIKAWA (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
- Member Registration Obligations and Use of Services
By using the Company's member services, you agree to the following:
- First-time purchases require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process, and promptly update this information if there are any changes.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and shall not share, lend, or transfer them to others. If your account is compromised, please notify customer service immediately.
- If you provide false or incomplete information, use an invalid credit card, or your account is misused by others, the Company shall not be held liable for any resulting damages to you. If such actions cause damages to the Company, you may be held legally and financially responsible. The Company also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to part or all of the member services.
- All member information and transaction records will only be used for purposes necessary for the operation of this Website, including marketing analysis and service improvement, and will not be used for any other purposes.

Order-Related Terms
- Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. However, all orders are subject to product availability.
- If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been confirmed but before it is delivered, please contact customer service immediately. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any services or privileges for members who refuse delivery without valid reasons.
- Returns & Exchanges
- 依消費者保護法第19條規定，通訊交易商品享有貨到次日7天猶豫期（客製化商品除外），得於收受商品或接受服務後七日內，以退回商品或書面通知方式解除契約，無須說明理由及負擔任何費用或對價。
- 本網站部分商品為客製化商品，除瑕疵品、缺失等情形外恕無法退換貨。
- For non-defective items, returns are only accepted within the 7-day cooling-off period, and the item must be returned in brand-new, unopened condition.
- If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or missing parts upon receipt, please return the item or notify the Company in writing within 7 days and include your contact information. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in rejection of your return/exchange request.
- 所有退回商品，連同贈品、附件、包裝、及附隨文件資料，必須完整保持為出貨狀態當時的完整性，實體發票須一併退回及簽署折讓單等相關法令所要求之單據，否則有權拒絕受理。
- In the event of contract cancellation or invalidation, you authorize the Company to process invoice cancellation or credit notes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- If delivery fails twice or if the recipient refuses or fails to collect the package within the agreed timeframe, it will be deemed as abandonment of the goods. You will be responsible for any associated shipping and handling costs, and no further notice, refund, or compensation will be provided.
- Additional Provisions
- The Company reserves the right to change product prices, specifications, discounts, and related promotions at any time. Changes will be announced on the Website without individual notification. Confirmed orders are not subject to such changes.
- The Company may add, modify, or discontinue member service features at its discretion. Please refer to Website announcements to stay informed.
- Estimated delivery times are provided, but delays caused by natural disasters or force majeure (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes) are exempt from delivery guarantees.
- In addition to these Terms, all related information presented on the product pages and during the checkout process, including transaction terms, restrictions, and descriptions, are considered part of the sales agreement.
- All prices on this Website are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
- In the event of a transaction dispute, the records and data provided by the Website shall prevail.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by the Company on this Website and its affiliated platforms. Any disputes related to transactions or matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with the laws, regulations, and customary practices of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a dispute, the Changhua District Court in Taiwan shall serve as the court of first instance.
